Access the utility through the Location and Security menu.

Lock settings on Android phone
To lock Android settings is easy. Run the security app on your phone, unlock it with the pattern or passcode you have set. The Privacy tab opens. You can find the Photo Vault, Video Vault and other privacy protection options at the upper section.
How do I lock certain apps on my Android phone?
To lock an app, simply locate the app in the Main Lock tab, and then tap the lock icon associated with that particular app. Once they're added, those apps will require the locking password in order to open.
How do I lock my Samsung settings?
Find the app in the Apps tab within the security app, then touch the lock icon to protect it. When the Settings on Samsung phone is locked, any one tries to access the Settings will need to unlock it with the pattern or PIN you have set within the security app.
