I've found a fix and if anyone is interested still you this is what you need to do to enable/disable this:

  1. Open Control Panel.
  2. Go To Ease Of Access.
  3. Go To Mouse Settings (Pointer settings)
  4. Check Or Uncheck "Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen"
