Failed to Create D3D9 Device Fix

To fix this issue try the following:

1. Verify the integrity of the game files.
2. Reinstall the graphics drivers.
3. Ensure that you are using one of the following resolutions on your PC and in Rocket League.
4. Reinstall DirectX.
5. Force settings back to factory to default.
