Disable the Windows Explorer ribbon interface in Windows 8

  1. Press Alt to display the File menu in Windows Explorer.
  2. Select Tools > Folder options from the menu.
  3. Switch to the View tab in the Folder Options window.
  4. Locate the always show menus option and enable it.
  5. Click ok to save the changes.
