Add the repositories and update the package list: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:elementary-os/daily sudo add-apt-repository ppa:elementary-os/os-patches sudo apt update.
Upgrade your packages... sudo apt upgrade.
...and install: sudo apt install elementary-desktop.
