How to Fix a Blurry Photo

Launch the blurry picture you want to fix. Click on Effects, select Picture and then click on Sharpen. Make the changes you want.

1. Go to Photoshop Elements.
2. Select the picture you wish to fix.
3. Move to the Filters menu.
4. Select the Enhance option.
5. Click on Unsharp Mark.
6. Tweak the amount and radius.
