There is no such option to check CPU temperature in Windows 10. You can either check the temperature in BIOS or you can use third-party applications.

80°C is the target of NVIDIA GPU Boost 2.0, so anything around that is fine. Essentialy, your card will automatically overclock until it reaches the 80°C target.
